Making an appointment and the appointment itself were so easy!! Great staff in the front and an amazing doctor!! Always been a tad un-easy about the eye doctor but, this office made me feel at ease and comfortable!! I would recommend to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!!
Dr. Byers and the staff are amazing. I called Monday afternoon, was able to be seen Tuesday morning and got my contacts on the same day! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great eye doctor!!
Purchased a pair of glasses and waited two weeks for them to return and the lenses were off. Explained to them that I wasn't going to be in town. Sent them back for correction and waited another 2 weeks for them to return. They would not budge on shipping them to me unless I pay for it eventhough it was a screw up on their end. Very disappointed
Have been a patient for many years. Everyone is so nice. I love Dr. Byers. She explains everything to you. Their Eyewear is great also. I would recommend Academy of Eyecare.
Dr. Byers is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness really set her apart. The entire experience was smooth and professional, and it’s clear that she truly cares about her patients. I’m so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend Dr. Byers to anyone looking for an excellent optometrist.
