Dr. Bazarte is always very knowledgeable and helps with lots of tips to keep contacts lasting, eye strain down when working with computers, reading, etc. The ladies at the front desk are consistently great with phone calls, ordering, answering questions and explaining different processes. I have gone to this facility for the last 5 years and will continue. Highly recommended.

I took my son to an appointment here today, and it was the worst medical experience I have ever had. The doctor has zero professionalism. The entire waiting room had to listen to him loudly yelling at someone in the back office, and he was actively trying to handle personal business selling a car during clinic hours. Worse, they completely violated our medical privacy. Staff loudly asked if my son was on Adderall, broadcasting his personal medical information for the entire office to hear. The doctor's treatment of my son was deeply upsetting. He sprayed dilation drops into my son’s eyes with absolutely no warning or explanation. My son was scared and visibly taken aback by the doctor’s aggressive demeanor. Throughout the exam, the doctor showed zero patience, constantly clicking his tongue in frustration whenever my child didn't do exactly what he wanted. When I questioned the spray and the lack of warning, the doctor got defensive and arrogant, saying, "I have done this a few times, I have been doing this for a long time." He then rushed the exam, pulling my son back just three minutes after the drops were put in—nowhere near enough time for dilation to actually work. The receptionist brushed off my initial concerns, and the doctor made my child feel incredibly uncomfortable. We will never return.

Mom and Pop eye center which is nice. Great for basic eye exams and updating prescriptions. Can get appointments very quickly and way better pricing than anywhere else in Panama City. Under $100 for a basic eye exam for glasses. Pricing for their glasses is reasonable too.

I have been going to Dr Bazarte for many years now and i have always had an enjoyable experience! They have always been kind and helpful to me. They take medicaid and want to help everyone they can afford to have great eye care! I will continue going to them as long as they will take me 🥰 (Even today i had my highly energetic and not too happy toddler with me and they were still very kind and patient) Thank you to everyone at Dr Bazarte’s office!!!!!!!!

Dr. Bazarte was very kind and patient. He was very thorough in telling my child every step of the process as he did his exam. The ladies in the office were very kind and knowledgeable. I will be taking my second child for her first appointment next week.
