I had a great experience at Emerald Coast Eye Center! Everyone was so friendly and genuinely caring from the moment I walked in. Dr. Patterson was very knowledgeable and kind. They also got my mom scheduled for an appointment so quickly, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
We were on vacation with my family and my daughter forgot her contact lenses we had her prescription send over to them so we can purchase a pair of contacts , but the staff here went above and Beyond, little back story (our primary provider wasn’t not sending the proper prescription we were getting frustrated and embarrassed ) after 45 min of finally getting figured out, they gave us the right lenses AT NO COST , we can’t even get This type of service , professionalism, caring and organization in our primary provider,, Thank you so much , from the entrance you can tell they are. Very caring , professional , place look very clean .
Absolutely wonderful staff all around!! Ladies at the desk were lifesavers when I suddenly learned at my appointment that I no longer had insurance. They helped me get things sorted out, gave me the phone numbers to call and everything. Turned an awful situation into 'no big deal' ♡ Also met new Dr Pippin, he was fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and understanding. Love it here, thank you everyone!!
Beautiful inside, staff takes good care of facility and the front desk girls were amazing! The doctor I was scheduled with had an emergency but they were still able to fit me and my husband in! We were in and out before we knew it with all our records, script and everything! Can’t say enough about the outstanding and professional front desk, look forward to seeing you again when the time comes! Excellent customer service! Keep up the great work ladies!
Doctor and staff are very professional. Check-in was easy and there was hardly any wait time. Dr. Pippin explained everything thoroughly. If you’re looking for a doctor who takes the time to answer questions and explain what he’s doing, Emerald Coast Eye Care is the place to be.
