I had a great experience from check in to check out. Janessa was thorough in pre-testing and screening. Dr. Kelly Smith was prompt, friendly and professional. She explained my testing results and presented several options to achieve my best vision. The Optical boutique has a great selection of frames including lots of sunglasses. Highly recommend. I was in and out in under an hour.

I’ll definitely find somewhere else for eye exams. Three months after my exam, I get a bill in the mail for $39 which won’t make or break me, but the fact I have two different vision insurance policies. The response I got from the billing department was “well, you signed a waiver, and retinal imaging isn’t covered by insurance”. Well, if that’s the case, maybe it should be explained when the waiver is put in front of someone to sign. Never again will I darken their door…

Had an appt here back on the 19th of feb to switch to contacts . Everyone here was so nice and very knowledgeable. I had never put in contacts before so a lady brought me to a room to teach me. I was very clumsy and squemish when trying but she was very patient with me and understanding as i kept failing😂 these people are awesome. Also, it’s super easy to order more if you need!!! Yall are superstars!!

Everyone in the office was extremely nice and helpful. I am usually pretty anxious at any kind of doctor’s office but I felt comfortable here. The front office worker was nice, the optometrist, Kelly Smith, was also very kind, and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses was also great. Would seriously recommend if you need an eye exam

New owners did not apparently get any patient history, so I would need to be treated as a new patient and all my history was missing. How is it even practical to take over a medical facility and not obtain patient records? All new patients must pay $200-$300 to be onbarded with them just to get back to where they were prior to the takeover? This is unethical at best, and should be criminal. Shame. This is a truly disgusting practice that takes advantage of people.
