They don’t wanna do there job. Very unprofessional. I called (5:19pm) and was told they had several walk ins available and they close at 9. I got off the phone call and made it there within 8 minutes of the phone call. I walk in and tell the receptionist I was there as a walk in for my daughter. She then informs me those walk in slots have already been filled. There was two men in the waiting area. There is no way, within 8 minutes all those slots were filled. If that was the case there should have been a line of people waiting to check in. When you close at nine and the waiting room was empty something don’t add up.

Avoid this office if you can. Pharmacy never got the information because it wasn't sent. Three separate people came into the office and complained about similar problems. Not to mention the wait time with nobody else waiting. I have never been so disappointed. The team lead needs to be retrained on service standards and expectations! Finally got scripts, and they were wrong. I'm not kidding. Has anybody else had this kind of experience?

Always have Very well helpful Staff. Also has a RYANWHITE CASE MANAGER. VERY GREAT DR's that listen as well truly show they care . Also great Behavior Management Program that very easy and comfortable to share with ... I personally have been there for over 15 years . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM THEY ALSO OFFER FLUENT LANGUAGES STAFF as well As DR's and they also offer PEDIATRIC . OPEN 7 DAY'S A WEEK. SLIDE SCALE PAYMENT OPTIONS . RARELY HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES. MEDICAID/ MEDICARE . WALK IN AVALIABLE . ALSO SCHEDULED BLOOD LABS . VERY OFTEN WILLING TO TRY HELP ANY WAY THEY CAN . EASY ACCESS FOR DISABILITIES . BATHROOMS VERY CLEAN . I DO SINCERELY GIVE A 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 'S

Pancare once again drops the ball! Tried to give them a shot in Youngstown for a basic physical and that did not go well and cost me two trips. Tried again for daughter’s high school physical and appointment was canceled with no notification. Rescheduled us for Panama City office the following day and that was also a disaster. No provider to read EKG report so asked us to return to get report. Received a call today that the rude gum chewing nurse messed up EKG so we have to return to repeat! I have not spoken to one person who had a good experience with Pancare and that is unfortunate. It starts with Leadership and they do not have it!

Terrible experience. Rude staff. I left 8 voicemails within 4 weeks with no call back. No one has any idea what’s going on with patients. I would never recommend.
