While Dr. Willingham is good the billing department and practice management in Tallahassee is unconcerned with patients and practice predatory account maintenance. Example: I had an appointment on June 14th and was called on June 13th and told to call Medicare to change my medicare from secondary to primary, I did call medicare upon ending the call and told it would be changed. During the call on the 13th I asked is everything OK with my appointment and was told yes. I show up on the 14th and told medicare is not primary and they would not call to see. They cancelled my appointment. Here's the thing. If I do not show up for an appointment I have to pay $25. But if they cancel my appointment when I'm in the office I was told they do not give a $25 credit by the billing office management.
