This is the best place if you want personalized service and high quality glasses. Bill is fantastic and makes every transaction a great experience. Additionally Dr. Wainwright is top notch. You never feel rushed, she will take her time and answer all your questions and concerns. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a business that is still local. You will not be disappointed.
Great pair of glasses in a timely manner. Mr. Dibacco took the time to create a perfect fit. I can bring them back for 2 years to make adjustments or even get scratched lenses replaced. Order glasses online and get 0 customer service? No thanks. You can't put a price on personal professionalism.
Bill has been such a blessing to us! As we work to improve our children’s vision, they are getting new glasses regularly. He is always so pleasant in every encounter and has made us feel like family! We utilized a corporate company at one point to try to use our children’s insurance and the kids couldn’t even wear their glasses because they were done incorrectly. We will never use anyone other than Bill at Wink Optical again!
Never heard of Wink until my doctor at Eye Center recommended me, I didn't even know there was any eyeglasses store in town. The inside decor was very unique and everything was neat and spotless. All the frame selection was quite unique and had a little something for anyone. Bill was a delight and provided excellent, quick service in helping me purchase and order a pair of prescription glasses! Just a genuine great guy who clearly has passion for what he does.
This is a wonderful place for an eye exam and to get your glasses. Bill is a down to earth man and a pleasure to work with. Also the lady who did my eye exam was wonderful. She explained everything and if i had questions she answered them to where I understood it. (Sorry i cant remember her name) I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
