I had a great experience at Accent on Vision! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and very kind, making me feel comfortable right away. The prep work before seeing Dr. Pulis was excellent and thorough. This was my first visit, and Dr. Pulis made me feel truly welcomed, she even double-checked one of my eyes to ensure accuracy, which I really appreciated. After my appointment, Summer helped me find frames that fit me perfectly and made the process easy and enjoyable. Overall, such a positive experience, I would definitely recommend!

Everyone I met was friendly from the moment I walked in the door. When I had questions they were answered. My favorite part of the visit was the eye scan they did to let me know if my eyes were healthy. The doctor and staff were amazing! I called my family and recommended Accent on Vision as soon as i left. Ashley, helped me pick out my new glasses with ease. Appointment was quick. I’m very satisfied with my visit and results. Doctor was snippy when I politely asked if exam equipment was cleaned between visits and explained I’d gotten conjunctivitis at another place. I’m really friendly so no need for the defensiveness. And the sample glasses up front were dirty. Glasses fitter rushed and frames didn’t fit. And scrip was wrong. They didn’t call to let morning appointments know our appts for pick up had been canceled so drove in for nothing. Made a final try to get glasses to work and manager tried to convince me glasses just loosen with wear. Mine are brand new and worn twice. So this whole operation is not for me. I prefer professionalism and caring for customers over sheer profit margins. And have managed businesses that treat people right so keep them for a long time and make money that way. With decency.
