Access Eye

This was my very first the exam since a child. The young medical assistant was amazing very friendly and personable. She was absolutely a peach and I believe they are very lucky to have such a sincere and friendly young professional working for them. The Dr. was quick, informative and had a very good manner. Finally, the technician who helped mw choose my frames and complete my purchase for my very first pair of glasses was fabulous. She made sure I understood what I was purchasing, helped me make a choice that suited my face shape, and walked me through any warranties or fitting issues I may have and what to do and how she could help. Overall my experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone of my friends and family. Thank you all so much for your graciousness and professionalism.

The entire staff was courteous and professional. Tracy D was excellent. He explained everything and was deliberate while not rushing me along. Sherry was extremely helpful in assisting me to find the right frames that met my needs. Dr. Biscombe was, as always, professional and thorough, explaining the "why" and presenting the information in easy-to-understand terms.

Adrian Biscombe is by far the best optometrist I've ever had—and I have been wearing glasses for almost 16 years. He explains every detail, never rushes, genuinely cares about his patients.
