I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my eyewear at this Walmart vision center and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service that the team gave me. After getting into see the doctor without having an appointment his technician walked me out to the sales floor where everyone was smiling and able to answer any and all Questions I had including ones I did not know about my insurance. I ended up purchasing two pair of glasses and can’t wait to pick them up next week when I get back in town. If you ask me there is no better team.
I had a great experience at the Vision Center! The new doctor does a thorough exam and walked me next door to pick out glasses! Gary and Ellana were so helpful and the covid protocol is nice too! I was able to try on what ever Frame I wanted and put it in a basket to be cleaned. Ellana helped me pick out a great frame my wife loved! Gary went over all the options. I’m excited to try the new anti glare and see how easy it is to clean. Next week is going to be great.
Brittany help my mother when she arrived at the store from Michigan with a broken pair of glasses. She search and found a identical replacement frame within minutes. She treated my mother like she was her own. Her attitude is over and beyond what is required to assist customers. She is awesome
We had a unique situation where my son was visiting me in Virginia and had broke his glasses that his father purchased in Georgia and Brittany in the Vision Center went above and beyond to get his glasses fixed for us. The frames were not in stock in the Stafford store or in any surrounding stores so they needed to be ordered. We were leaving for an out of state visit the next day and Brittany called me when they arrived to her store and she actually had them over nighted to us to Michigan where we were visiting family!! And to top it off, this all cost me NOTHING!! They really know how to treat their customers!!
