I had such a great experience at this Walmart! The store was super organized and easy to shop, but the real highlight was Dianne, my sales clerk. She was so jolly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful the entire time. She went out of her way to help me find sizes, make recommendations, and just made the whole visit feel pleasant and stress-free. Thank you, Dianne, for making shopping with a baby so much easier! Highly recommend this location.

The whole store has been shifted around, nothing is easy to find, and the layout makes no sense at all. Whoever is in charge needs to go back to being an associate and let someone else who knows what they’re doing take charge
I want to publicly thank Killy of the Mohegan Lake, Walmart for going so above and beyond in helping me find bike for my kids today. He was so warm, friendly, and full of advice. It was as if I went to a specialty bike shop. The service and care he provided to us was just amazing. He then showed us the best helmets and safety gear for the kids and made sure to even buckle it on them to fit. When I told him how much I appreciated his help, he said, “making a kid smile makes me the happiest.” Well, Killy, you made both my kids smile all day! I want to publicly thank Killy for going the extra mile for us! And I want any manager at our local Walmart to know they have an excellent employee providing top notch service!
Parking lot has changed. The parking lot is no longer ADA compliant. There are only six handicap parking spaces. According to Federal and New York state law, there should be one handicap parking space, for every 10 parking spaces in the parking lot. This is nowhere near being ADA compliant. There's no air conditioning in the entire store. Walmart is not even trying to make customers happy.
There was absolutely no reason to shift the clothing department around like that. Everything had already been organized properly. Also the plus size clothes are nearly impossible to locate. I found one little section with outdated designs when before the renovations I was able to find atleast something decent. The clothing department in general is destroyed. Clothes all over the floor and people in your way confused on where to even go. Unorganized, overstimulating and disappointing.
