I love Dr. Shah and the staff at Accuvision Dry Eye. I've had a dry eye problem for years and it is finally getting better thanks to Dr. Shah's expertise. The staff is friendly and helpful. The office environment is pleasant and calming. I'm thankful to have found Accuvision Dry Eye!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this practice. Over the past several weeks, I have been dealing with a very painful and frightening eye condition involving inflammation, light sensitivity, and significant discomfort. Dr. Shah took my symptoms seriously from the very beginning and was extremely thorough in evaluating the possible causes. She carefully monitored my eye pressures, ordered appropriate testing, explained everything clearly, and adjusted treatment as my condition improved. I especially appreciated that she balanced caution with reassurance and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. The entire staff has been compassionate, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Even during a stressful health scare, I felt I was in capable hands. I am incredibly grateful for the care, attention to detail, and expertise I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing excellent eye care.

I am very impressed with this practice. I was surprised at my first visit because the storefront is simple and the office sparsely furnished. But once inside, you find a well-run office with state of the art equipment and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr. Shah is very competent and thorough. During your appointment you are the only patient being treated and they take all the time you need to understand and feel comfortable with the procedures. So far it’s been a great experience.

My mild dry eye condition got worse after cataract surgery. After one visit, Dr Ruchita Shah set up a plan to treat my dry eye and has improved after a month. Dr Shah is very professional & caring and easy to communicate with. Hope that my dry eye will continue to get better with Dr Shah’s care
