This is such a great practice. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they have squeezed me in for issue related appointments several times. Dr. Gifford is fantastic. Knowledgable and spends the needed time to address issues. Highly recommend.
Dr. Gifford is wonderful! He’s super smart and thorough and very generous with his time in answering my questions. I highly recommend this practice. (BTW, I have never had to wait when I come in for my annual appointment.) the front desk staff is very nice as well.
I switched to this practice after having a less than desirable experience with another eye doc, and I'm so glad I did. The team, from Dr. Gifford to his staff including Tiffany and Zena, have been super kind and helpful in my move to contacts from glasses later in life. There's been a learning curve and adjustment period finding the right contacts with both the vision correction and the feel that's best for me, and they've been supportive and helpful. Dr. Gifford explains things throughly, and he's patient with questions. The only negative is the parking due to the fitness center next door. They could use more dedicated spaces. Otherwise, go!
Customer service has been TERRIBLE. I have spoken with them a couple times and they are rude every time! It's like I have interrupted them from something important. They're not much better in the back, but the doctor is super nice and seems very helpful and knowledgeable. 🤷🏼♂️ Go figure. Not sure why the staff I have dealt with all seem trashy.
Dr. Gifford is knowledgeable and attentive. My daughter, husband, and I have been seeing him for eye care for years. We all have different needs and he’s provided excellent care for all of us - glasses, contacts, eye health. My daughter literally looks forward to her eye exams! Highly recommend!
