I’m giving two stars ONLY because the 2 people you check in with were super friendly and kind, otherwise, I would give ZERO. I wish I had read the negative reviews about Dr. Woo. They are 100% accurate. She asked if I had my previous prescription or contact sphere or cylinder measurements, which I did not, and she said “so I have nothing to compare to.” I then said “I just assumed you would get my records from my previous doctor” to which she replied “that’s not our responsibility.” She made other condescending comments like “that’s why I’m asking you these questions” as if I didn’t realize the purpose. She is RUDE. When she asked how old my current pair of contacts are, I told her about 2 weeks, to which she advised “maybe you should put them in at the beginning of every month so you don’t have to guess.” Go somewhere else for your exam!

Highly disappointed and disrespected!!! Took my elderly grandmother for her appointment. She can not hear well and wanted me to go back with her. I informed the Doctor what she wished for and why. During the appointment I had to loudly repeat some of the doctors questions in which the doctor spoke up and said I was influencing her decision and that why I should not be in the room. I only REPEATED what she had originally asked! The demeanor was very rude even with rolling her eyes. Dr. Woo is highly not recommended. She needs to work on her attitude

Highly disappointed in my experience. I went in on May 14 to order contacts for my son and I. I was told they’d call me when they arrived. 10 days later I went in because I had not received a call. My son’s were ready but mine weren’t. Apparently, mine took longer. No problem. I ordered contacts for my husband that day, I was told they’d be ready in a week and by then mine should be ready. I stopped by June 8th to pick them up both orders. I realized my contacts only had two boxes. I asked why I only had 2 boxes and the associate said he quoted me incorrectly and had only ordered me a 6 month supply. I asked him why if I had CLEARLY asked him for a year’s supply, and he said I could pay another $358 for two more boxes. Never apologized for his wrong doing and tried to tell me I had asked him for a 6 month supply AFTER he admitted he had quoted me wrong. I had to return them because I am not paying $758 for contacts, but now I have to wait 10-30 days for the reversal of the insurance so I can get my allowance back and wait for the bank to process my refund. No accountability, no apology, just processed my refund and sent me on my way. Also, the day I went to place the order, I was the ONLY customer there! Incompetent to do a simple job.

Saw Dr. Woo for the first time, for a bifocal/progressive glasses exam. I was a little hesitant given some of the negative reviews here, but this was the closest place that took my insurance so I thought I'd give it a try. Dr. Woo was great - friendly, thorough, and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Woo walks into the exam room IMMEDIATELY hostile and aggressive. She speaks to you as if you are unintelligent/incompetent. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before and have worked in the medical field for years. Dr.Woo is rude, degrading, aggressive and unprofessional. The other staff members (sky and dennis i believe) are so sweet and its a shame they have to be around that hostile environment everyday. She significantly increased my prescription and i did ask her if it was possible to cause migraines because i am a chronic migraine sufferer , she said "well you came in here saying you cant see so im making it so that you would have 20/20 vision but ill lower your perscription because im not going to be liable for your migraines" . I was just confused because she PROCEEDED to make a few additional aggressive comments about "liability" etc. leading me to believe she has probably been a liability , but im not one to assume.. The biggest thing was the degrading as soon as she came in the room asked about my contacts and i explained ive been a contact wearer for 20 years and she asked if i throw them away every two weeks and i was honest and said "well sometimes i do not because they are expensive and i do not wear them everyday" (i know this is what not to do but i WAS honest with "my doctor" whom i should feel comfortable with) , Dr.Woo turned toward me from the computer so quickly and said "so im not giving you contacts today then , YOU are the reason why your vision/eyesight is messed up , they are 2 week lens so what do you think that means??" . The tone of voice and aggression took me back i was speechless for a moment.. she then said "soo if you have been wearing contacts since you were younger you would think you should know better" .. once again speechless.. i should have just left but i was in shock and trying to wrap my head around what was happening/happened. I told the front desk that the doctor was rude and they apologized sympathetically. I spoke with a supervisor who was extremely kind and helpful regarding the matter . I hope they do something because having her as the face/doctor representing them is going to cause them to lose business/give a bad name for them.
