I can’t say enough great things about Dr Hogan and the amazing staff. The doctor did a fantastic job and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. The team was welcoming, kind, and efficient. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. The front desk staff was polite and professional, and they clearly explained what paperwork needed to be completed and the reason for it. Courtney took care of us before the doctor came in, and she was also friendly, polite, and professional. She walked me through the process and explained what exams would be done for my son. Since this was his first eye exam, I really appreciated how she kept him engaged and comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was wonderful as well. He asked my son questions, was very engaging, and made sure he felt at ease. Overall, it was a phenomenal visit from start to finish.
From Dr. Casey to the staff, I feel like I am family, they are very caring, hospitable, professional. I always look forward to visiting Dr. Casey because I know I am in good hands. She explains everything I need to know about my eye condition & my medications. Thank you, Dr. Casey.
Front desk addressed you immediately when you entered with smiles and how can I help yoou! The staff member that I dealt with was Bobby. I purchased frames. He was so friendly, accomodating and very respectful. He has a wonderful personality, he's a keeper.
Had a very great experience here from every person I came in contact with starting from the front desk, to the assistant that I saw before the doctor, to the doctor himself. I went back and told many people about my experience as well. I will be back for any of my eye needs in the future!
