They sell glasses that fall apart and then won’t stand behind them bought a pair of timberland frames for $300 and the rubber coating over the ears disintegrated and when I called they said they no longer use timberland as a distributor and that they couldn’t help me. Paid over $500 with prescription/ polycarbonate lens. Long story short be careful what you buy.

First, they changed the already confirmed appointment times without calling you or nothing, only caught it because the system texts you for reminder with a different time. On the day of exam, noticed that the hallway hand sanitizers had not been refilled; stacked exposed paper towels immediately next to the sink without any covering; and in the restroom, they do not refill the paper towels inside the dedicated paper towel dispenser but instead just leave the paper towel roll exposed and behind the toilet on top of the tank. I am very concerned for the patients that this vision establishment for the cleanliness and sterility. Was told to sit and wait to be seen in the exam room since 11:45 am and finally walked out of the building at 01:52 pm since no eye exam was performed all this time awaiting. Very concerning….

Although the young lady that started with me was very quiet , she was very thorough and the doctor herself was very informative and taught me a few things I did not know. A lot of the reviews are talking about the extra charges.I was informed of one that I knew would be $39 dollars extra , but the young lady only mentioned that there was a test that was $20. She did not mention that it was an additional charge to the other test that was $39. That I do have a problem with, as with buying glasses. I never buy glasses from an eye doctor I will go to a discount Place first. So my first thing is to always ask for a copy of my own prescription. And that's anywhere I go. Never had an issue with scheduling or with the lady at the front desk. Not sure if it's the same one. Since those reports were from a few years back, I like the scheduling online cause then I can choose what I want. And it's easy to see if you need to go quickly, those that have canceled, and you want to go right. Then if there's an opening rather than waiting for someone else to look.

The staff is always kind and helpful! The doctor was very thorough and the assistant that did all of my testing was phenomenal! She was kind and patient with me and my children. She made them feel like they were apart of the process and explained everything she was doing in a way that they could understand. She really was the star of the visit and the doctor was so bubbly and engaging but more importantly she was caring and listened to my concerns and provided several different solutions! I highly recommend this team! (I apologize for not knowing the proper term for the assistant or her name but everyone was awesome!) The office staff was also very amazing and made us feel welcome from the time we walked in the door.

Staff has always been kind and professional. I have been going to this location for over 8 years. However, I recently took my family elsewhere because the prices jumped considerably. I reviewed a pair of glasses with AR coating and Transitions, with my insurance I was quoted about $350. I mentioned to the frame technician that I had never paid that amount here. That encounter encouraged me to take my family elsewhere. I went over to 20/20 in conway. After an eye exam, Oakley frames, AR protection, thin lens and Transitions, I paid $127.00. BIG DIFFERENCE! My son also got an eye exam and a pair of Gen 2 Meta with AR and transitions for $225. I feel that CF Family eye care was not giving me all the benefits of my Aetna Eye med insurance coverage.
