Today as I visit Coastal Grande location to get my father's glasses repaired I meet two beautiful Associates Jasmine and CiCi. These two Associates are an amazing asset for their company not only did they help me and get me squared away they made me feel like family the connect engage Inspire was absolutely amazing. My family and myself would definitely be back for all our needs to Store 406. I also suggest this place to anybody looking I can go on and on because the experience was amazing check them out ask for Jasmine or CiCi.

Big shoutout to Brenda Roberts at Visionwoks at Coastal Grand (MBSC) who helped me fit my prescription sunglasses on Sunday afternoon. My expensive designer glasses kept slipping off my head and I was uncomfortable wearing them since they weren’t fitting properly. Less than ten minutes later, Ms. Roberts made the perfect complimentary adjustment and my trepidation is history! I was so grateful for her help. I will return to this location and ask for Brenda when I do. Thank you for the 5-star service. 😎

They had a buy one get one free sale going on. If one pair of glasses cost about $480 then why did two pairs of glasses cost me over $1,000. Doesn't sound like buy one get one free. Aside from that the service was pretty good

My experience at Visionworks today was wonderful from beginning to end! I walked in and was quickly greeted, scheduled my exam that same visit, received my prescription and got my glasses ordered! It was Friday at 5 PM on October 10, 2025 when I received this amazing service.The entire staff that was friendly and helpful! I went back today 1/29/26. I lost my glasses and loved the ones I had previously bought from Elesha Terrell. Another nice young lady named “CC” waited on me this time. She was great as well! Between Elesha and CC I had a very enjoyable visit once again. I highly recommend both of these young ladies! Whether you need an exam to get a prescription or you already have a prescription and you’re looking to purchase glasses go see these ladies they are both awesome! Kindly, Anthony C.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor. Everyone was extremely nice at the front from Nina to joy. Dr. Carlsson was so quick and sweet as well. To finish off everything I was sat down with Elesha and she explained EVERYTHING so well to me! Highly recommended!!!
