I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Lens Crafters in Coastal Grand Mall, and it is entirely thanks to John ! From the moment I walked in, John completely knocked it out of the park. He didn’t just sell me a pair of glasses he took the time to truly understand what I needed, walked me through the best lens options, and helped me find the perfect frames. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine, no-pressure approach made the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He’s an absolute rockstar at what he does!

While my family and I were on vacation, my one-year-old accidentally knocked my prescription glasses off and damaged them. We had driven all the way down from the Boston, Massachusetts area, so I was worried about what I was going to do. The entire team at LensCrafters was incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff and technicians were kind, professional, and eager to help. They were able to repair my prescription glasses quickly, saving the rest of our trip. Great experience, excellent customer service! Had an emergency situation where I needed new glasses quickly, they were able work around my expired prescription by using my existing sunglasses to make the new lenses. Props to Dan, the store manager for being extremely helpful, knowledgeable and getting me taken care of. Thank you!!

He went above and beyond to help me when I really needed it and turned a stressful situation into a huge relief. His professionalism and genuine care for customers made a lasting impression on me. Stopped in late in the day, a few weeks back. Met with Dan Mezella, LDO - Store Market Manager - Licensed Optician. I advised him of the flashes I had been having in my eyes. He immediately understood my concerns. Due to the time of day, he advised to return first thing in morning as a walk-in. The following morning I met with Dr. Grace Durmayas-Booth OD, after having the required tests ran. She was very informative, kind, and calmed my nerves regarding the flashes, and after checking my eyes, revised my prescription. Back to Dan Mezzela: My wife, and I, have returned to LensCrafters over 10 years, maybe close to 15 years, due to the professionalism of Dan Mezzela. His kindness, patience, his willingness to listen, and be informative, is on a whole higher level than what one would find doing business anywhere in America these days. He makes sure from the beginning of the process to the end of the process he keeps that high level of professionalism and never has he once deferred from it. There are many options when it comes to eye care in this area, but I would highly recommend to everyone to choose this LensCrafters, and ask for Dan Mezzela. You will not be disappointed.
