I went in today with my daughter for her appointment and they could not locate my appointment even though I had the proper confirmation. And then the one lady literally stopped talking to me in the middle of me explaining to her I had an appointment to help somebody else. She was very rude. And then after about 10 minutes of them, not being able to do their job correctly and find my appointment they then told me that they don’t see six-year-olds. Which I have done plenty of research and have even talked to people who have brought their child there and they do in fact the children they were just negligent and did not understand how to work their computer to find my Appointment. So not only did I miss work to take my child to the eye doctor, which is of course OK because she’s my child but I miss Work for no reason because they could not find my appointment and lied about not taking children When there was in fact, another child there at the time, going to get an exam. Now I have to wait until the end of February for my daughter to be seen at America’s best because they are the only place unfortunately that will take people right now.
