I felt very rushed out after my appointment. I was given a pair of contacts and no one bothered to ask me if I could see clearly or retest me on the visual test, now I’m at home two hours later and cannot see clearly. So I called the office the next day and got rescheduled 6 days later. Joy who was the one who took care of me, she was extremely pleasant and she took her time with me. Not sure I’m impressed by the Dr but the other staff is extremely pleasant.

They forced my husband into having retinal imaging even though he has had them through his ophthalmologist. This information was relayed to the mouthy receptionist who informed us that “the doctor here doesn’t know that.” No kidding, that’s why I told you. Anyways he needed replacement glasses so we kept the appointment for today and were charged an unnecessary $39 extra for unneeded retinal scans. This was not their practice a couple months ago when I brought our adult children. Needless to say, our family of five will not be back. I hope they and vision works enjoy losing 5 customers. Everyone but the receptionist is friendly but I prefer not to be forced into voluntary services.

made me feel comfortable. People very friendly and know their job. in and out in short period of time. I called yesterday asking for an appointment ASAP since I broke my glasses. I was able to get scheduled next day. very lucky for me since someone cancelled. have always had excellent experiences there.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Reeves for over 20 years. He is the consummate professional both professionally as well personally. I always look for to our chats regardless of the topic. I look forward to seeing him in 2027. I wish him all the blessings in the world. 5 stars plus.

Was a great experience! Everyone was so friendly! Would definitely recommend my coworkers if they were ever looking for a location for new glasses!
