The staff and doctor make sure they keep their scheduled appointment times so we can enjoy the rest of our day. We really appreciate a well run office.

The staff is quite efficient in their work. Friendly people. On occasion it does become very busy and the wait time is long. Over all it’s a good facility . Clean and organized. Highly recommend.

The the answering service messed up my appointment, at the time this made me very mad. I have to admit in hine sight that I was not cool, though the office workers bid try to help I went to a different office to get care. But I'm sure this is a nice office even though it didn't work out for me!

Sending Thanks and Appreciation to the Acuity Eye Group - Rowland Heights Office for the Amazing Service and care they have given to my Husband Randy De Zilwa. He got both cataracts done by Dr. Brian Chen and Post Operatively by Dr. Cameron Yu. Our clinic visits are always efficiently handled by the staff as well . Shout Out to Vanessa and Melissa for always attending to us with friendly cares . Likewise to all staff ❤️
