I was referred to this group by my opthalmologist to order reading glasses. I was seen on February 10, 2026. I was seen by a nice doctor for the exam and then ordered my glasses. I was told they could be picked up on April 10. This office never answers the phone and does not return messages. When I arrived I was told they hadn't come in yet. They would send me a text. Today is April 27 and I have still not heard from them. Again I called with no answer. They blamed the insurance company requirements. Called them today and they said there is no reason I shouldn't have gotten them in 2 weeks. While waiting for the original delivery date I got a bill for $430 stating I was self pay. I called and then it was an issue with denial for the exam. The cost for a pair of reading glasses and exam is rediculous. My insurance company suggested that I go somewhere else and they would approve it. My suggestion is to not consider this company. Overall their customer service is subpar and way overpriced. I received a response from the company asking that I call an 877 number. Someone actually answered and said they show the glasses arrived but they would make sure and call me back. They called and confirmed the glasses were received. When I went to pick them up I told them I didn't get a note that they came in. And why it took over 10 weeks to make a pair of reading glasses. I was told that theperson who helped me didn't work there any longer and that they held it up. I still would not recommend using this company as I am not satisfied with the excuse that an ex employee was to blame. Anyway I did finally get the glasses
