I’ve been going here for over three decades. I was so bummed when Dr Riggs left but the new Dr, Dr Cao is great! She was very thorough, explained everything and was efficient with time. The staff, as always, is helpful, easy going and provide great customer service.
Dr Cao and the team are fantastic! I’ve been going to this practice for over 4 years and the customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and they all seem to really like working there which is a sign of a good office. I got fitted for contacts and couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
I called as a new patient. They had a cancelation today and got me in. Unheard of. Quick painless and they explained things no one else ever mentioned in my other apps other places. Will definitely come back. Thank you for doing a great job!
This was only my second visit to this office, and everything was just as great as my first visit. The staff is very helpful and nice in person and over the phone. They make you feel at ease. Dr. Cao has a fantastic bedside manner- she was very thorough in answering my questions and walking me through her findings. She made my visit very easy! Checking out was just as easy! Highly recommend!
The team at Grossmont Vision is amazing! They explain everything very carefully and make sure when you are done that you are fully satisfied with the services they provide. They were thoughtful and very helpful! I broke my pair of glasses and they provided me with great resources of places to get them fixed while I waited for my new eyeglasses to arrive! Again an amazing experience!
