I’ve been a patient with Giles since 2007 and the service has only gotten better! Extremely grateful he opened his own practice because I wouldn’t know where else to go. Plus his daughter works there so it’s a family practice and who doesn’t love that as part of the La Mesa charm!
I have been seeing Dr. Giles for over 20 years, and I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else. Even after moving out of town, I still make the trip to see him — that’s how exceptional he is. He is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything and never makes you feel rushed. The staff is always professional and welcoming as well. I highly recommend Dr. Giles to anyone looking for an outstanding eye doctor.
I had a great experience at Giles Optometry. They’re always punctual when scheduling appointments, and everyone there is super helpful and polite. My five year old felt very comfortable during the exam and is excited about getting glasses. Their imaging tech is way more advanced than other places I’ve been. Definitely my new go-to optometrist.
