Dr. Renner and staff during surgery were very attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Morgan Renner is outstanding. She and her team are caring and made my procedure comfortable. My vision is clear now and I thank them for all they have done to help me so much.
Poorly run and operated office. The doctors are great, but the front desk and office management are severely lacking. Multiple patients this morning were told that their appointments were running 2 hours late but none of the office staff mentioned it to anyone waiting in the waiting room until someone asked how much longer is it going to be till they’re seen. Every time I’ve come to this location all I hear from the front desk is how understaffed they are and then wait a long time for my appointment that should have been an hour earlier. I called the 800 number to call to file a complaint and was given a voicemail box for compliance issues instead of being able to speak with someone about today’s experience.

Today I went to my dr appointment here, an appointment I've had for over four months. I took time off work for this appointment, and traveled about 45 minutes each way. Imagine my surprise when I showed up only to see the office was locked with a note on the door saying they were closed, so sorry. I was asked three times to confirm this appointment, which I did. It would've been nice if the same courtesy was extended to me to respect my time and call or text me to cancel. When I called the main line, the representative didn't offer any information or apology, he said they had no knowledge of the closure. What an unprofessional way to tun a business!
Staff and doctor Tsui are amazing. Just smooth process and super knowledgeable. Robert went above and beyond to help me with my glasses. This type of care and attention for patients is rarely seen anymore at other doctors offices. Highly recommended. Thanks again Robert !!
