Wait time is always short. People are always pleasant. Was in a car accident and brought my glasses to my appointment and they fixed them on the spot. They even added an extra eye examination to check for damage to my eyes. Thank goodness. I would highly recommend this place and these people. No matter how crowded the place is, there is order and efficiency. I hate that this will be my last time—because of insurance issues. Thank you again Dr. Ward and team.

Great 👍 place for your Vision Trusted Optometrist and Excellent Staff very Beautiful and Amazingly Professional Great Energy and Environment
I had cataract surgery last December I was inserted with a lens that is a mono vision lens. This was NOT discussed with me. I have scheduled surgery all my life and I would not accepted this option. When I went in for other cataract surgery the eye doctor told me I had a lens for up close reading. I did not realize this. I have tried several glasses and even frames. The ophthalmologist did a correction of my lenses but still continue to have even headaches from this mono vision. Yesterday the doctor said to have a consultation for lasix surgery and I would have to pay out of pocket for something I did not cause. Now it’s too late for lens exchange. The risks are higher. Meanwhile now I have to deal with not seeing correctly and headaches from straining. All this should have been a simple procedure. I did not authorize the monovision lens. So unhappy and frustrated.thank you. Amelia Bracamontes 7/2/26
Horrible! Waited 6 months for an appointment due to a machine not working. Waited another 2 hours in the lobby to be called. After waiting 2 hours and finally see the Dr. they didn’t have in stock what was needed for procedure. Need to come back in 2 months again. Back office staff and Dr are nice. Front desk staff a bit rude due to overflow of double booking patients.
I have a Wonderful doctor, Shelly Allison and nice friendly staff. They made me feel at ease and comfortable being there. I highly recommend the doctor and this place to new patient. Thank you.
