Our first time meeting Dr. Brookman. He is a pleasant and professional doctor. All of his staff at the office carried his same sincere cadence and positivity. My mother was at ease while he explained the details of why we were here regarding her condition. My mother looks forward to further appointments with him.

I recently brought my mom into Azul Vision to get her eyes checked out. She is wheelchair bound due to her Multiple Sclerosis, so it has been extremely difficult in the past to have her eyes examined, because the machines they used to do the examinations were unable to accommodate her wheelchair. However, we did not have that problem at Azul Vision. Not only is their office wheelchair accessible, but their equipment and machines are as well. I'd also like to add that their staff is amazing. From the ladies at the front desk, to their scheduling department and doctors, everyone who works at Azul Vision is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; and they truly seem to care about their patients. Sarahi C. was especially kind to my mom. My mother was a bit nervous and apprehensive when we got there, and was afraid she wouldn't be able to complete some of the tests because of her wheelchair; but Sarahi was able to easily accommodate all of her special needs and made it clear to my mom, "that it was no trouble at all," which made my mother feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. Thanks Sarahi C. and Azul Vision for treating my mom with kindness and respect, and not making her feel like a burden. My mom refused to get her eyes examined for years because of her past bad experiences, but after the positive one she had at your office, she is no longer reluctant to get her annual eye exam. It took us a long time to find an eye center that could meet my mom's needs, so we are so happy that we found your office. You guys are the best! Thanks again. We will definitely be back!!

Called to schedule a appointment for my husband. No body ever answers there phone. Tell me I am 1 in the queue then nothing. Anyone else have this problem. On the phone for over 15min 2 different times. I also sent a email with no response.

Office was very busy, front desk staff was ok. However, the person in the area where patients chose frames was rude & since there was a very limited amount of frames to chose from, she basically suggested to go elsewhere for frames & lens. Having vision insurance which would have cover cost for frames & lens we were told we should purchase somewhere else due to the very limited frame options! What a waste of our time! Also, it’s bad enough that office doesn’t open Saturdays! Very inconvenient!

My husband and I were seen by Optometrist Ledia Samwil today. She was very attentive, helpful and was patience with us which we really appreciated it. The staffs at the front were also helpful, friendly and answered all of our questions.
