Though the wait can sometimes be long, it’s only because this is a very busy office. Every single member of the staff is constantly moving and working efficiently, no matter how packed the lobby gets. They do a phenomenal job accommodating everyone between the two waiting rooms, and their customer service is truly top-notch! The manager, Josh, runs a very tight ship. He also manages a few other offices in the Valley and Westchester where I’ve also been to see Dr. Tarek and I love how involved he is in the whole operation. The only real downfall is the current phone system, since all calls go to a call center, making it a bit of a pain to reach the office directly. However, Josh mentioned that improving this is a work in progress, and given how well he runs the rest of the clinic, I believe him. I also have to give a special shoutout to Christian the Optician. He is absolutely amazing and always provides such a pleasant, helpful interaction! Keep up the fantastic work!
