Dr. Kevin Suk was a seasoned specialist, always professional and on point. Booking the appointment when I was transferred to the call center was great. Staff were friendly and really tried their best to book me an appointment. It’s mainly the waiting time at the Acuity Eye Group facility at Garden Grove that was not good. I waited two hours beyond my appointment time! Unbelievable. All male staff weren’t friendly. Nobody was smiling, grumpy even, except for one lady who seemed friendly and guided me to the examination room of the Dr. While waiting there for two hours, one male staff who was in charge of the eyeglasses fitting, was kinda rude, he yawned loudly and forcefully, as if showing that he’s tired and sleepy. That disturbed me since I was adjacent to him and was trying to nap myself while waiting patiently.

Aquity Eye Group Garden Grove CA is a great place for your vision care. Their staff can handle all languages so every patient feels comfortable. The office rooms, exam and bathroom is spotless and sanitation is perfect. I feel so cared for at Aquity Eye Group

I had a truly wonderful experience at this clinic. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. They were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. The doctor was especially professional and friendly, taking the time to carefully examine my eyes and explain everything in detail. I really appreciated how thorough and attentive the examination was, especially when determining my eyeglass prescription. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. I feel very grateful for their kindness and excellent care—no matter how much I thank them, it doesn’t feel like enough. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Amazing eye doctors! This office has two doctors, Dr. Suk and Dr. Hwang, and both are exceptional. Before coming here, I saw four different eye doctors who couldn’t find my eye problem and even said it would get worse. Dr. Suk and Dr. Hwang quickly identified the issue and fixed it. I highly recommend this office.

It was time to get my new glasses. Miguel Diaz was awesome! He explained everything: my coverage, selections, and plan that Acuity offers etc. He helped me choose a pair that looked nice. There were many choices so I appreciated his help and opinion. His customer service was a 10+. He was professional, knowledgeable, very polite and friendly. He made the experience quick and easy!
