Azul Vision

I have been going to Azul Vision Ophthalmology, and I have to say I truly appreciate the care I receive there. They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The staff is caring, compassionate, and treats you with genuine respect and concern. They take the time to listen to your questions and concerns, and they make you feel valued as a patient. It’s clear that they truly care about the people they serve. I would highly recommend Azul Vision Ophthalmology to anyone looking for excellent eye care and a team that treats you like family.

Dr hyunh was accommodating. My mother in law just have her cataract surgery that day and we have an appointment same day post op. We were able to reschedule our appointment on anaheim location Which is closer to our home. Dr huynh is very professional and caring.

WORST PLACE EVER. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They showed a complete lack of patience and compassion, especially toward an 82-year-old patient who simply needed assistance using an iPad. Instead of helping, they refused to assist. Their treatment of Asian patients was deeply concerning and came across as discriminatory. No patient should be treated with DISRESPECT or made to feel UNWELCOME because of their AGE, RACE, or need for assistance. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff are absolutely RUDE!!! Both my parents came for an appointment. They don’t know how to fill up a form using an iPad and the staff said they can’t help the patient. In short they denied to see a patient since the seniors don’t know how to use iPad. If you can find a different doctor’s office do not come at this location. I feel bad for my parents who are both seniors and all the other patients who don’t know how to use iPad and much worse if you don’t know how to read and write you will just be denied of being seen which is illegal yo deny a patient care and at the same time while the patient is explaining they keep on smiling which is very insulting but as per the staff they need to smile to let the patient know they understand what they’re saying. (Unbelievable reason, smile while someone is mad and irritated)

I’ve been trying to reach everyone in the scheduling department and surgery department regarding a follow up for my dad’s cataract surgery but have heard no response back from anyone. I’ve called Dr David Chois surgery coordinators for the past month. Left voice calls, and still no call back. With my dad’s cataract being of high importance and needs to be urgently done because he has already lost his vision due to slow communication from you guys. The same thing happened in November. He was scheduled for surgery but they kept rescheduling him.. and now my dad has gone completely blind in his eye because of negligence from their surgery coordinating team.
