I was referred to Dr. Neal for a LASIK consultation, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The office was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh flowers and complimentary coffee. After my examination, Dr. Neal explained that I was an excellent candidate for LASIK surgery. I decided to move forward with the procedure, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The only thing I regret is not having it done sooner. My vision is now 20/20, and the best part is that I no longer have to wear glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Neal and his wonderful team to anyone considering LASIK.

Her customer service was exceptional—she was professional, kind, patient, and truly cared about making my visit a positive one. Brought my daughter to get seen and I loved the experience. All of the staff was amazing, very kind and professional. Felt comfortable and well taken care of. Office is very clean and organized. Staff and Dr were able to help with her stye issues she was having and other eye problems. Took care of the issue we were there for. Overall great experience

Dr Neal and all the staff are very friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. I never feel rushed. I love the learning tutorials on the big screen too. They also have all the latest equipment to help diagnose eye conditions and Dr Neal is an expert on the latest treatment options.
