Ada Eyecare

Ada Eye Care is absolutely the best! The front staff is super professional and always picks out the perfect glasses for you. Plus, they have all the coolest brands! The doctors are fantastic, and I look forward to my visit every year.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ada Eyecare. I purchased a $600 pair of glasses for my 6-year-old daughter through them, which are now falling apart through no fault of her own. The glasses still have a year left on their warranty, yet I was told there is nothing they can do because they no longer work with the company...despite the fact that they were the ones who sold them to me in the first place. This is unacceptable. As a customer, I trusted Ada Eyecare to stand behind the products they sell, and they have been entirely unhelpful in resolving the situation. I will not be returning for any future services, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing experience—consider yourself warned.

This is an office of true professionals! I enjoy every visit to ADA Eyecare. Jennifer is always helpful and kind. They always make me feel welcome and comfortable, informing me of the choices available.
