Wonderful staff! You aren't just another number... You are treated like family with a physician that cares about you. My husband is a veteran and has gotten metal a sliver of metal in his eye. No one else (even our regular optometrist) wanted to see him without proof of insurance and approval from said insurance, even though I told them I would pay out of pocket if approval couldn't be immediately gained. Dr Adams didn't hesitate, recognizing the importance of seeing him immediately THEN took him right in when we got there. That's just one example of the kindness and genuine care you will receive.

Dr. Adams is great; however, the front office staff needs improvement. It is unorganized and unhelpful. I was overcharged $85. The charge didn’t even match my signed receipt. Then I only received contacts for one eye. It took multiple lengthy conversations for the office manager to actually listen to our problem and told us there was nothing she could do. (Wait… what? You’re the office manager for the clinic and there’s nothing you can do to correct your mistake?) When we asked to speak to Dr. Adams, she said he didn’t know anything about insurance and billing. Never heard back from him but he may have never even received the message. 🤷🏻♂️ Since “nothing can be done” and I can’t get a retuned phone call to talk through the situation and find a solution, I’m going to: 1. Pay cash for contacts online for my remaining eye (weird, I know, that I’d like to see clearly with BOTH of my two eyes) 2. Switch to a different local provider. 3. Ensure all my friends, family, acquaintances, and colleagues are aware of the “opportunities for improvement” at this clinic… as well as the local providers that have excellent reviews that are better options for family eye care. 4. Have a cold tea while I wait for our refund.
Really like this place. Warm and friendly staff and really liked the doctor. HOWEVER, when I when to pick up my glasses, the tech. just handed me the glasses case. I mentioned they may need some adjusting and she just said, "Well, you know where we are." I have never been to ANY eye doctor where they did not at least make sure your prescription was correct, the bifocals were measured correctly, and they were not to loose on your face. Mine are too loose, but I live 30 miles away so will have to put up with it until I get back up that way. Needless to say my next eye exam will NOT be at Adams Eye Care in Morrilton Arkansas.
Absolutely love Dr Adams and his back room staff. However… once the prescription was incorrect and next time the frames were wrong. When I told the ladies they were the wrong frames they assured me weren’t! And that the glasses had been there for more than a month even though they only let me know the week before. Customer service matters. Won’t be going back
Have been a patient of Adams eye clinic for over 40 years. Recently called to get an appointment and they refusef to make me one until I could give them my insurance info. It hasn't changed since my last visit. Very dissapointed.
