I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit. As always, the experience was fantastic, featuring excellent customer service from scheduling the appointment through the entire process. Your staff is highly professional and knowledgeable. My eyes exam was done by an expert with wonderful qualities. You have an awesome collection of frames to choose from, and the staff provided fantastic suggestions and expert assistance to complete the process for my new glasses. I have been a customer for over 10 years and highly recommend your services.

I have a strong prescription; high myopia and astigmatism. I went to 2 doctors because my current prescription just wasn't helping me see and the new prescription I got wasn't either. The 3rd doctor I went to was Dr. Gould because my uncle recommended her as she was able to figure out what his true prescription was, considering he also has a strong prescription. In my case, Dr. Gould explained that the prescription I had was correct but that glasses would only help so much before causing pain. Lenses would help, because it's right on the eye, but in the end everything has its limits. There's no saying that I wouldn't have had pain with the prescription even with contacts and either way I don't tolerate them. So she took her time to make sure she understood the problem and even used a physical chart and not just the projector chart. I knew I was in good hands when I saw she had a book on her table; it shows she's a doctor that continuously studies for the care of the patients. She took her time to explain alternatives and that she recommended considering surgery for my case, as my glasses are considered to be giving me 20/20 but that my eyes have reached their limit in regards to the helpfulness of glasses. I'd recommend her for anyone seeking answers or help that they haven't been able to obtain. (Btw, it's downtown so you have to pay for parking and it was about less than $2 for an hour of parking). They always clean the machines before each patient and are very kind and caring.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to recognize and celebrate one of the most exceptional sales professionals we have ever had the pleasure of working with: Julieth at your 41st Street location is truly exceptional. In a world where genuine customer service can be difficult to find, Julieth consistently sets the gold standard. Every time we walk into the store, she makes us feel welcomed, valued, and completely at home. Her warmth, professionalism, and kindness transform a simple eye exam or new frame shopping trip into an experience we genuinely look forward to. What truly sets Julieth apart is her unwavering commitment to her clients. She goes far above and beyond the call of duty, thoughtfully sending me updates on when glasses will be ready, tracking down items that may not be available in the store, and always making every effort to ensure we find exactly what we are looking for. Equally impressive is her honesty and integrity. She never pressures us into making purchases or buying more than we need. Instead, she offers sincere, thoughtful advice and always tells us the truth about how glasses looks on our face. That level of authenticity is incredibly rare and is precisely why we trust her completely. Her knowledge of the eye brands, attention to detail, and genuine care for her customers are unmatched. Her positive attitude, sense of humor, and natural ability to connect with people make every visit enjoyable and memorable. Simply put, Julieth is the best salesperson/manager we have ever encountered. As you must know, she is a tremendous asset to your company. Her dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences deserves recognition. Employees like Julieth build lasting loyalty and reflect the very best of what an eyeglass experience should be. We are grateful for everything she does and hope she knows how much her efforts are appreciated. With sincere appreciation, Eric Ostrow & Scott Linder

Depending on who you speak to everyone gives a different price for lenses and glasses give or take a few hundred dollars. It’s ridiculous. Some staff don’t speak English properly and hard to understand. When I asked what they said and meant, they give me attitude and are rude to customer. I keep calling and asking for one sales rep and I have to call 10 times before she returns my call since I get different prices that wary greatly, and different explanations what is possible or not with transition…if I speak to another rep. Prices are ridiculous. One daughter got her prescription through exam and can’t see well. The glasses were useless since they were blurry. The hundreds of dollars a waste of money. Just don’t understand why I have to have such a terrible experience. Then brought in another pair of glasses that were heart shaped and took them weeks to let me know that they can’t cut the lenses to that shape. Have 4 people that needed glasses in the family, but can’t bring the business there anymore. My first exam, the doc had really bad body odor. Was not comfortable being so close. Will need to travel so I can have decent customer service and a price that makes sense. Not over $700 for glasses for my 11 year old. Was told my insurance kicks in at different months depending on when I asked. With co-pay, still in the hundreds. Called and was just yelled at. Bottom line, no supervisor or someone that actually cares about what goes on in that business. Lost 4 customers.

I’ve been visiting eye examination centers for about a decade now. This is the best for the following reasons: I got called to check on my ETA, saving me from having to use my phone while driving. When I got there there was no waste of time. They had a form and pen ready for me after I provided my name. Treatment and customer service are outstanding. The personnel and the doctor have a great aura and take the time to make sure you understand their instructions. There’s easy parking everywhere.
