Possibly the worst primary care experience in all of Miami. I don't say that lightly. Every single staff member I encountered was visibly distracted — phones out, scrolling TikTok while patients waited at the front desk. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. I came in specifically because I have a United Healthcare PPO plan. Despite this being clearly listed as an accepted insurance on their website, the staff was completely unable to locate or verify my coverage — then told me they "couldn't find it in the system." Translation: nobody wanted to make the effort to figure it out. It became obvious this practice has a pattern of turning away patients by manufacturing administrative obstacles. This isn't a billing issue — it's a culture of deliberate neglect. If you value your time and your health, look elsewhere. There are too many good primary care options in Miami to settle for a practice this indifferent to patient care.

It's such a warm and welcoming medical center. My daughter, Mia, is truly wonderful—she accompanies me everywhere I go, and if she doesn't, I stay home. It's a true joy to have her by my side; she brings so much positive energy into my life. Thank you, Mia, for being my daughter and my source of happiness.
When it was Clinical Care the place was clean and well staffed. Now, they are understaffed and do not provide the services that I signed up for. Today, I was there and went to the bathroom and I was shocked. As they say a picture is worth a thousand word. To save 2,000 words attached are two photos I took less than 3 hours ago.
I had the worst experience in regards to this care Center very poor customer service and transportation Even worse. my mom is 85 years old and we continued having the worst experience ever I could never recommend them. I tried to help guide my mom but the experience is affecting me even more and I am much younger, so I cannot imagine. customer service is everything and in every job and they are lacking big time.
They were unprofessional. Long waiting. I was pregnant with my 1st child and my experience there i would never refer noone to them. A clinic but I had to go elsewhere for a ultrasound. I had a UTI and I was never notified or treated bout it until after I had my son at a whole different hospital and I received a bill from them. My son was born preterm with a bellybutton hernia and has been diagnosed with speech delay and shows signs of autism. He could've had worse defects but thank God he didn't. Scheduling an appointment was a waste of time.
