I am so grateful for the experience I had at visionworkshops at Midtown. Orlin has been helping me with my contacts for 3 years now and he always does a fantastic job. He makes sure I get the best possible contact lenses, all of the rebates that I'm eligible for, and that my insurance benefits are appropriately applied. Any issues that come up he's always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this visionworks location. I've had negative experiences at other ones and whenever mistakes were made at other locations I can always count on Visionworks Midtown and Orlin to set things straight. Thank you for the amazing customer experience!

Don’t bother to come here. Their waiting time is Infinite for absolutely everything. I’ve been here 4 times and every time I have to wait more than an hour even with an apt. To pick up glasses, to go into an apt, to fill out a form. Put your vision insurance to better use somewhere else.

So the doctors office was amazing, and the sales rep that helped me was also very nice, however I was asking for a GM to look at an AARP discount. He was such a miserable dismissive person that even though it’s about the same prices everywhere else I walked away. If he Acted like he cared you’d have my business right now. I don’t know who runs your Corp. but this person should not be a general manager, and I’m saying that as a journal manager! His poor attitude lost a sale when the sales rep had already completed it all had to do is act like a human being

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a pair of sunglasses from this store for approximately $250. My VSP insurance covered $200, and I paid the remaining $50 out of pocket. After less than six months of normal use, the lenses started delaminating and literally separating into layers, making the sunglasses unusable. When I contacted the store, I was told that the lenses were supposedly “demo lenses.” This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I was sold these sunglasses as a finished, usable product at full retail price, not as a display frame with temporary lenses. Instead of taking responsibility for a product that failed after only a few months, the store offered only a 50% discount on replacement lenses. In other words, they expect me to pay again to repair sunglasses that should never have deteriorated this quickly. For a $250 pair of sunglasses, this level of product quality and customer service is unacceptable.

I was very fortunate to have been cared for by Dr Terry Friedman, who listened attentively and talked me through the vision/medical issue I was dealing with kind bedside manner and good humor, and made the appropriate referrals. Can hardly imagine a better experience.
