I had a great experience at Bay Optical, primarily due to the exceptional staff. I absolutely adore Susan, who has a fantastic sense for customer service! She scheduled my appointment immediately over the phone and made me feel confident that I would be taken care of. Sarah was very welcoming and incredibly helpful in choosing frames that both fit well and looked good on me. She was on top of everything, from managing my insurance information to ensuring I received all applicable discounts. Sarah's recommendations and kind gestures made the entire process wonderful. I look forward to continuing my business with Bay Optical and will highly recommend this company. It truly is the dedicated staff that makes it such an outstanding optical place!

I ordered my new glasses and had all the measurements done. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Told me the glasses would be there in about two weeks. I'll be going back then for the fitment.

The personnel are friendly and very helpful. They have a good selection of frames. They also accept my vision insurance coverage (Davis Vision). I have been getting my glasses there for a number of years.
