Vaughn Vision

I went to Vaugh Vision in Saratoga for a reading glasses replacement. Dr. Vaughn performed a thorough check up on me. I have a slight stigmatism in my right eye and thought I may need transitions as I wear reading glasses but he was honest and said, I just needed an increase on my reading glasses. I appreciated his honesty in that he didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. I then sat down with Kelly, the Optician, and she helped me choose what was best for me in my price range. I am not a regular wearer of glasses and my favorite reading glasses were pretty banged up. With her encouragement I got the scratch protection on my reading glasses. Sadly, I brought my glasses out of the house and dropped them on the pavement & stepped on them so they got scratched. I had no illusion that scratch proof means you can step on glasses :). I reached out to Vaughn vision and Kelly quickly ordered me new lenses that were covered under the warranty and I was back in business. I would highly recommend going to Vaughn Vision for any of your eyecare needs as the experience was thorough and pleasant from beginning to end.

Dr. Vaughn and the entire staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant in their interactions with me. Dr. Vaughn's relaxed, professional demeanor was most appreciated. I have a history of eye injuries and poor vision. I have dealt with many ophthalmologists in my lifetime. Dr Vaughn and his team are thorough, professional, timely, and affordable. His office staff always maintains the high level of care and customer service as Dr Vaughn does. Nikki in the front office is the best. I always leave, knowing my eyesight and health are in capable hands. I visit them once a year religiously and will continue to do so. Vaughn should be your choice for anything related to your eyes.

I had my first visit with Dr. Vaughn at the Guilderland office. I can't type exactly what I wrote, but I have had some pretty bad experiences with eye doctors. This doctor and his staff were the very first I have ever left feeling like a human being. They were knowledgeable, kind, efficient, explained everything to me. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. Thankyou!!!!
