I went in to the store, needed a couple pairs of glasses. Although I didn’t get names the lady who helped me was very nice and we had a few laughs .In two weeks or less I went back to pick up my one pair that was ready, came out great. The next week I went to pick up 2nd pair and had interactions with two ladies. They were super . I told one lady I needed my 1st pair tightened a little, and another correction , she took care of that . Another lady brought me my 2nd pair which were prescription sunglasses and were perfect. These employees were super nice and a credit to Vision Works. All of them greeted me upon entering , had me take a seat and everything started from there. They were quick and efficient, polite and courteous and I was out of there in no time. Prices were pretty good too, got a few discounts. Great place to shop!
