Walmart Vision Center

Don’t judge a book by its cover. This place is fantastic. I have been to several eye doctors over the years yet Walmart tops them all. Dr Harbeck was pleasant and courteous. I did not have to hassle with a ton of paperwork or waiting with a ton of people. Walmart has a really wide selection of glasses and I got mine in about 10 days. The glasses were exactly what I expected and Amy the eye tech definitely enjoys her job. Amy was the first person I spoke to on the phone and explained everything and promptly got back to me when an issue arose. Oh and a bonus is that with their $25 plan you can get your glasses fixed at ANY Walmart vision center. I probably will stick with Walmart for my annual eye exams from now on. Also, they have great hours for people that work 9-5 jobs. I did not have to take any time off work which is refreshing.

Excellent service from Beverly. She was terrific. Great choice of frames. I found nothing I liked at Clifton Park but many at Saratoga Did I already say how fantastic Beverly is. I would return again. The glasses were in quickly too. Pleasantly surprised on all levels.

I brought my daughter here a few months ago to get contacts for the first time. We traveled an hour because they were the only vision center where you didn’t have to wait 3 months to get an appointment. We got an appointment the next day. Doctor was amazing. Staff was amazing. I lost my last pair of contacts a few days ago. Called this vision center and got an appointment the same day!!! The doctor again was amazing. There was also a young girl with long blonde hair that was super sweet and helpful. I would highly recommend them!!!

Ordered top of the line glasses from them and I had to look to the right to read the little card. They said that I would get use to them. I stopped by the Walmart in Clifton Park and found out that the measurement was off. I asked the Saratoga store, and they said no. It was fine. I plan to fill out a complaint with the State of New York.

This was definitely the best eye exam experience ive ever had. Everyone was very helpful, and the doctor was so knowledgeable and informative. I 100% recommend this place to anyone, especially if you dont have vision insurance. $80 for an eye exam and the frames start at less than $10! Seriously, SO awesome. Thank you guys so much!
