Today I had a **NuLids eye cleansing treatment** followed by **IPL (Intense Pulsed Light\) therapy** Both treatments were surprisingly quick, comfortable, and virtually painless. Dr Saxena took the time to explain everything, making the entire experience relaxing and stress-free. I’m especially excited to see the results from the IPL treatment as it stimulates collagen production and helps improve overall skin tone and texture over the coming weeks\. It’s always nice to invest in treatments that support healthier skin naturally\. I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Anita Saxena at Advanced Dry Eye & Wellness. She explained everything that she was doing and it was painless and soothing. I left with my face feeling better than it has in years, and my eyes were finally feeling for a lack of better words, clean. I worked on my computer for several hours after I got home and they didn’t feel itchy and my screen wasn’t blurry! My skin - y’all!!! I can’t stop touching it! I can’t recommend this enough! Friends and family have noticed after just one treatment and I can’t wait to see what happens as I get more done. I’ve had 4 IPL treatments with Dr. Saxena, and I’m very happy with the results!  My dry eye has greatly improved.  Before, my eyes would be irritated in the afternoon and I was using drops often.   I’ve also noticed improvement in my skin, fine lines and spider veins around my nose.  The overall experience has been awesome! She explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend her if you’re considering IPL treatments or suffering from dry eye.
