It was AWESOME ... as soon as I walked to representative at the front desk.. she made me feel welcome, made me laugh; then the young man who took the pictures of my eyes, etc, was quite professional yet funny... one of the best BEST EXPERIENCEs of an eye DOCTOR for Vets ever.. y'all she was not only great in answering my concerns, she was sweet BUT QUITE professional!!!
I love Advsnced Eyecare in Homewood with Dr. Vaughn. The staff is always so nice and friendly. I love how Dr. Vaughn takes her time with you and very knowledgeable about what she does. I can really say that I have a doctor that is really passionate about what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable and I love his very professional and knowledgeable she is about my eye care. My 13 year old son always has a wonderful experience at each of his annual exams. He hates going to any of his doctors for physicals, but Dr. Vaughan and her team are very professional, personable, and make him feel at ease. He is very pleased, and I am too!
The doctor was very tentative to my condition. I've been treated for my condition for over 10 years and she was more thorough than the physicians of my past combined. You get the feeling that she cares about patients in general. This was only a VA one time appointment but she will see me again.
