I had a very positive experience at Advanced Eye Care Center in Fort Pierce. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently, which made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel confident that I was receiving excellent care. It’s clear they truly value their patients and take pride in providing quality eye care. I met Dr Gallagher while networking. I have dry eyes and never thought to ask for help just attributing it to screen time. I am so glad I made an appt. He was thorough and kind. Simple things reduced the burning in 24 hours so that I could function better. I got everything on his list that was over-the-counter immediately and one prescription. I feel reassured now it wasnt something I was ignoring Finally getting relief.

I was soooo impressed with this office. Everything from the staff up front, the cleanliness of the office, and especially the doctor. Waiting room is pretty big and super clean and welcoming. I took my 9 yr old for his 1st exam and the Dr was so thorough and professional, and she was AMAZING with my son! She explained everything to him and I so we knew what to expect. They had a big selection of glasses that were covered by Medicaid (last place I went only had a handful to choose from that Medicaid covers )I will definitely be registering myself as a patient now too! Keep up the great work!

Never had a poor experience here at this location. I prefer here over Saint Lucie any day. Dr’s have always been kind and informative. Wait time for picking out glasses can be long but I’m always seen within moments of my appointment time.
