I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. La, and I just have to share how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was efficient, friendly, and attentive to every detail I brought up. Dr. La carefully listened to my needs, explained all my options, and even introduced me to solutions I didn’t know were possible for my vision. We tried a new prescription, but when I felt it wasn’t quite right, I texted her. She responded immediately, and they had me back in the next day. Dr. La rechecked everything, listened again, and gave me a new type of contact lens that addressed the issue. They didn’t charge me for the follow-up, and despite me running late, Dr. La stayed a bit longer to ensure I was taken care of. I’ve been coming here for years—and my kids do too! I drive all the way across town just to see Dr. La because she’s truly the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to explain everything and never rushes through appointments. You always feel heard and cared for. The entire staff, from the front desk on, is kind and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Dr La is thorough and caring. She takes great care of my 80 year old parents and myself. We started seeing her in an emergency situation for my dad years ago. She will refer out to other specialists as needed. We absolutely trust and love her!

I highly recommend Dr. La. She's warm, professional, and truly takes the time to listen. She explained everything clearly and made the appointment feel easy and stress-free. The office is efficient, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. So glad I found her!

As Melissa D. also stated in the reviews, I also was not informed that the $30 fee is "optional". I called in today when i recieved the text message about it to clarify. The receptionist only told me that there is an exam they do and it cost the $30 outside of the insurance coverage. I rescheduled my appointment because of that and informed the front desk to please verify with my insurance what I will owe coming in for an appointment. That fact that it is "optional" nor exactly what is for is not being cleary clarified.
