My baby girl had her first glasses here when she was a toddler. We love the care the staff have to let her choose what she likes and makes her happy. I love to see her face as soon as she gets her glasses. She is 7 years old now and she has being picking her own frames for 3 years now.

It is unequivocally inconsiderate how slow services are. Arrived, did paperwork an hour later, they called to do my daughter’s pre-tests before seeing the optometrist. Back in the lobby waiting for the actual optometrist, another hour has passed. This is incredibly frustrating to not receive timely services. At the very least be transparent on how much time you steal from your patients. Put a sign up. We should not be spending three hours in your lobby for an eye exam. DO BETTER. Lindsey in insurance is rude. They don’t disclose co-pays or payments until after you’ve had your comprehensive exam. This is where things gets a little shady by not disclosing pricing when you actually check in. We could’ve opted to not use insurance and it would’ve been MUCH cheaper or we could’ve gone somewhere else entirely. We will NEVER return. Literally been coming for the past decade.

My family has *four* generations of Luck Optical customers. From my grandmother down to my children! I received my first pair of glasses here in the 90s (several pairs since) and I always loved visiting as a kid. My children also loved their experience until recently. The customer service is questionable, they've recently raised their prices on everything, and it seems like the welcoming atmosphere is just gone. I'm so disappointed.

I had been trying to get an appointment for a corneal rust ring all morning with most places wanting $400+ and almost all with several day waits to be seen. I ended up being recommended Luck Optical and my experience was amazing, less than an hour from walking in the door to walking back out with the rust ring removed, and a receipt for only $110 with no insurance. 100% would recommend

I’ve been coming here on and off since 2005/2006 due to moving between states, and I’m still a patient as of 2026. Today, I initially considered leaving a 1 star review after a disappointing phone call with a customer service rep named Claudia and another doctor. However, I still decided to come in for my appointment, and I’m glad I did. I was assisted by Kathy (I hope I got her name right initials KJ), who was kind and professional. I also saw my usual doctor, Dr. Mike, who completely changed my perspective on the visit. Dr. Mike is always a pleasure very knowledgeable, professional, and someone I feel confident trusting with my eye care. I truly appreciate the level of care he provides. Thank you to Kathy and Dr. Mike for turning my experience around.
