I have been going to Dr De Grasse for years and I just love her. Thorough, professional, and so friendly. I’ve never had a more precise prescription for eyeglasses before I found Dr DeGrasse. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
I have nothing but good things to say about this place!!! All the staff and doctors are concise, polite, and accommodating. They make sure to break down what you are purchasing, what your results look like, and make concepts that would usually take expertise to understand feel like the ABC’s. Anytime I have my annual checkup, I look forward to it, because I know it will be the one appointment a year I don’t have to worry about, satisfaction wise. I have bought 6 pairs of glasses from De Grasse & Ratliff Eye Center, and each time has been a breeze. The first two times I went, I did not have insurance, but the ladies there were able to work within my budget, and never made me feel misled. These past few times, I was able to explore more options, but never felt pressured to buy something I did not want. Other places have made me feel like I am being instructed on what to buy based on the commission at hand–these people genuinely care, and commission is the last thing on their mind. They love their job, and it makes me love coming back! I could not recommend this place enough. Dr. Carter is fantastic, but Amanda, Ellie, and Niki take the cake in terms of bed side manner. They are so knowledgeable and kind. Veronica and Lucy have done my imaging in past years, and always take me through step by step to ease my nerves. Alyssa, Rachel, Carla, and Megan make the check in and check out phase painless and easy. If you are questioning coming here, I cannot emphasize how much easier they have made my optometry journey these past few years. You will not be disappointed!

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Dr. De Grasse was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Truly a top-notch experience from start to finish. I’ve been going to Dr. Ratliff for over 10 years and i absolutely love her. She’s so kind and transparent which I love. I recently moved to Justin, TX and although it’s a bit of a drive to get to her office, it’s all worth it. I’m a firm a believer that once you find the doctor you feel most comfortable with and confident, stick with them.
