As usual, Target Optical is my go-to place! Vida was incredibly helpful, informative, and took the time to find the best deals for me. I have 0 good things to say about this office. The first time I went, they could not find my insurance and made no real effort to contact the insurance company to resolve the issue. I personally had to spend a long time on the phone with my insurance company, and they ended up having to: 1. Call this office directly because they still couldn’t find the insurance information. 2. Contact their main office so someone could walk them through how to properly access and add the insurance information. After all of that, I spoke with the office about rescheduling my appointment once I confirmed my work schedule. Today I returned for my new appointment, and unbelievably, the exact same issue happened again. They still could not find my insurance and could not get in touch with the insurance company. My options were either to be denied service again or pay completely out of pocket instead of billing the insurance later once they resolved the issue. You would think they would have saved my insurance information or at least learned how to access it after the first incident, but apparently not. Two appointments wasted, PTO hours wasted, and absolutely no service received.
