Five stars all the way! My recent visit was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming, giving the office a warm, family-friendly vibe. I experienced almost no wait time at all. The exam itself was thorough, and I was really impressed by how high-tech their equipment is. It’s the perfect blend of top-notch professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend!
Dr. Le was very thorough and I never felt rushed. He has a state of the art office that is very clean and inviting. His staff is also warm and welcoming and made sure to answer all my questions regarding my insurance coverage. Would highly recommend him over chain eye offices.
Best eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Le was so great! He answered all my questions and used posters to help explain details. He's so fast but also educational through the whole process. He was so thorough with me.the staff was present, thoughtful, kind and helpful. Everything was cleaned in front of me before it was used on me. I was so comfortable with this visit and even with asking staff questions about service options. I was so nervous to try out scheduling an eye appointment in Texas; and everyone helped the process go smoothly for me! Thanks everyone!
I saw Dr. Le in his new office which is better located and an upgrade to the previous one. I had zero wait time, the receptionist was nice and friendly and also did a few of the initial test. Dr Le was great he is knowlegeable and was up to date on my vision history. I would recommend him and this office to anyone.
Excellent service. My appointment was efficient, timely, and met with Excellent customer service. I was well pleased with my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Le as he provided both education while simultaneously performing my eye exam. The staff were also very friendly and helpful if any questions were asked.
