I have nothing but gratitude to the entire team. The front desk staff are kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Mai Tsai is exceptional she is so nice to my daughter; compassionate, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. She puts her patients first. As someone who works in another medical office, I can say that wait times for specialists are normal. In many cases, waiting several months for an appointment is simply the reality of specialty care in America. That isn't a reflection of the quality of this practice. After a flood severely damaged their office, they organized and relocated next door just to continue caring for patients under very challenging circumstances. Despite everything they've been through, they have worked to help their patients and provide the best care possible. My heart goes out to the entire staff, it's heartbreaking to see a mom and pops practice face this flood damge. I feel terrible that this happened to them, and I admire the resilience, professionalism, and dedication they have shown throughout it all. They deserve great deal of appreciation for continuing to go above and beyond for their patients.

The doctors Tsai are both exceptional, thorough and caring. I'm very happy to be established with them as my ophthalmology care team, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellence in eye care.
