Very lovely eye care space. I take my whole family there and we all receive personal care and attention from the entire team. Good selection of frames and accessories.
At my initial appointment, the optometrist was very kind, asked about my eye health history, and listened to my concerns about my astigmatism. The girls out front took their time to help me pick out my frames and discussed insurance costs with me before my decision. The receptionists were also very kind and helpful. I just picked up my frames and they were the right fit and the right clarity. Having an appointment for frame pick up is definitely new. However, I've waited 30 minutes to an hour to pick up frames at another popular clinic in town. Overall, I'm very pleased.
Very quick and excellent experience overall. I was in a bit of a bind as I am a professional driver and lost my glasses which I am required to have. As a walk in they fit me into the schedule and got my pre tests done 30 min before my appointment time and I was out of there in about an hour able to see with my current prescription and a pair of contacts! Thank you Dr. Aguilar! The quick professionalism was and still is very much appreciated! A couple days later I am a lot more comfortable with the contacts routine... it’s not taking so long as it did the day I was there. The waiting area is very nice and there are many comfortable chairs and sofas to be at ease. The building looks rather new and it was very clean! I been getting seen by optometrists my whole life and the Dr.s easy going mannner and quick correction to 20/20 was amazing and I highly recommend them.
Called the office to have my wife be seen as she had gotten something in her eye and her regular dr was not in his office. They had us come to the office within 15 minutes and were able to fit us in. Dr Aguilar was very quick in identifying the problem and explained everything in a very articulate manner. Dr and staff very professional. We will be changing our eye care needs over to Dr. Aguilar.
Unless you have expensive insurance, wouldn't recommend. Frames I got in March 2023 are now causing an allergic reaction on my nose and sides of my face from the exposed copper; they said I can't get a new pair until March 2025 and I could pay for another frame. My question is why are you selling frames with this issue in the first place?? Not going here again
